- Define the concept: clarity, satisfaction, recommendation or ease.
- SUS, UMUX-Lite and SEQ come from New study templates; they are not additional presets in the scale editor.

- Read the distribution, base and metric appropriate to the question.
- SUS and UMUX-Lite require complete batteries; the system does not invent missing items.
Avoid these mix-ups
- Do not call every 0–10 scale NPS: the question must ask about recommendation.
- Do not remove or duplicate items within a standardized battery and expect the same scoring.
