Live website testing
Watch a task unfold on a live website.
Test your own site with the tag or use the desktop extension. Analyze clicks, scrolling and navigation within the research session.
Free: 1 study to try the platform and 50 responses per month. No card required.

You prepare
Enter the site and task. Use a tag on your site or the desktop extension.
How it works
Participants carry out the task on the live site during a research session.
What you get
Review pages visited, clicks, scrolling and task completion.
Once a product is live, testing needs to account for its actual behavior. Define a concrete task, such as finding a delivery condition, and follow how a person tries to complete it.

R$ 249,00<script src="https://uxtap.app/tag.js" async></script>On your site · desktop and mobileThe tag is installed on your own site. Task-based tests collect activity during the participant's session; continuous surveys follow the rules you configure.
A tag on your site; an extension on desktop
The tag requires access to your website code and also works on mobile. The extension supports desktop tests and comparisons without installing a tag on a competitor’s site. Background capture and available features depend on the instrumentation; the tag does not capture a background image of the page.
The scope is the participant session
In a task test, the person enters through the study link and navigates the website. Collection follows that session. Installing the tag does not enable passive recording of every visitor. For questions in the context of use, configure continuous research.
Read the journey alongside the goal
Investigate visited pages, clicks, scrolling and completion. If the goal is a URL, check the rule before collecting responses. When the goal is not reached, revisit the path to understand whether clarity, information or a functional step was missing.
