Long-format CSV for answer analysis and an executive report for the meeting.
Step by step
- Define the slice. In Results, select version, filters and partial inclusion. Check how many responses you want to export. Version · Filters · Partials.
- Choose CSV. Use wide CSV for one row per session or long CSV for one row per answer. For organization blocks, use the dedicated matrix when needed. Wide: session per row · Long: answer per row.
- Review the report. Open Report and generate or update when available. Read the conclusion, sample and quotes; edit text and verify sources before sharing. Finding · Evidence · Limitation.
- Deliver the right format. Download PDF, use presentation or enable the report’s public link. Open the delivered output to check content, readability and access. Downloaded file · Link accessible to the intended audience.

Cautions and limitations
- Verify filters and version in the exported file, not only on screen.
- Check AI summaries against answers and quotes.
