Example

Long-format CSV for answer analysis and an executive report for the meeting.

Step by step

  1. Define the slice. In the study, open Results and choose Version and More filters. Check the count and whether Include partials is enabled before exporting data. Record this slice: the generated report uses its own analysis and should not be assumed to match the screen filters. Version · Filters · Partials.
  1. Choose CSV. Click Export and choose Wide CSV for one row per session or Long CSV for one row per answer. Open the file and check headers, version and a known answer. For card sorting, use the matrix export when you need relationships between cards. Wide: session per row · Long: answer per row.
  1. Review the report. Open Report and click Generate report or Update report when available. Keep the tab open until completion. Review the sample, conclusions and quotes; use Edit and Save to correct text. To analyze new responses, generate another Insights round before updating the report. Finding · Evidence · Limitation.
  1. Deliver the right format. After saving the review, click Download PDF or Publish link in the report. Open the PDF or public address and check the title, sample and quotes. Share that report address; the Share link leads to the participant questionnaire. Downloaded file · Link accessible to the intended audience.

Cautions and limitations

  • Check filters, version and sample in the exported file, not only on screen.
  • The report uses the latest insights round and saved text; do not assume it follows the current Results filters.
  • Verify AI summaries against answers and quotes.
