How to request the removal of content published on the platform that violates your rights.

- If a prototype, image, or text published here violates your copyright, trademark, or trade secret, write to us.
- We analyze within 5 business days and can make the content unavailable.
- We notify the publisher, who may submit a counter-notification.
- Content generated by customers is their responsibility; we act as an intermediary.

1. How to notify
Send to contato@uxtap.app, with the subject "Content notification", informing:
- 1.1Full identification of the notifier and, if a representative, proof of authority.
- 1.2Description of the violated right and proof of ownership, such as trademark or work registration.
- 1.3Precise location of the content: the address of the public page, report, or study link.
- 1.4Good-faith declaration that the use is unauthorized and that the information is true.
- 1.5Contact for response.
2. What we do
- 2.1We confirm receipt and analyze within 5 business days.
- 2.2If the request is sufficiently substantiated, we may make the content unavailable, in whole or in part, and inform the publisher.
- 2.3For general content, outside the legal hypotheses of direct removal, unavailability may depend on a specific court order, under article 19 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
- 2.4Content of nudity or private sexual acts disclosed without authorization is treated with priority, under article 21 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
3. Counter-notification
- 3.1The publisher may contest, demonstrating authorization or lawful use.
- 3.2Once the response is evaluated, the content may be reinstated, with the procedure record maintained.
- 3.3Repeatedly unfounded notifications may be disregarded.
4. Repeat Offenses
- 4.1Accounts with repeated violations may be suspended or terminated, as per the Terms of Use.
