Check usage and cycle before publishing a new research round.

Step by step

  1. Open Plan. From the dashboard menu, open Plan. Check the workspace, current plan, cycle and response usage. Compare the displayed allowance with planned collection before choosing an offer; study quotas and recruitment credits are separate controls. Current plan · Used responses · Cycle.
  1. Compare the current offer. In the plan grid, choose an available cycle and review responses, features and price. For example, check whether the next collection fits the allowance. For an existing subscription, use Confirm change in portal; for a one-off annual plan, review the displayed calculation. Required features · Displayed amount.
  1. Complete checkout. Click the selected plan’s purchase action to open checkout. Before confirming, review workspace, plan, cycle, total and renewal. Complete with an available method and return to Plan; wait for confirmed status. A pending payment does not confirm activation. A pending payment is not confirmation.
  1. Manage subscription. When available under Plan, click Manage payment. In the portal, review billing details and subscription actions, including cancellation where applicable. Before confirming a change, read its effective date; on return, check the status reflected in UXTap. A receipt is not automatically a tax invoice · Access end date.

How to read the result

Cautions and limitations

  • Plan limits, study quotas and recruitment are separate controls.
  • Valid prices and payment methods are those shown on the plan page and at checkout, processed by Stripe; do not assume a payment method before opening checkout.
