Example

Collect reasons for difficulty without requesting identity documents.

Step by step

  1. Review questions and task. Open the study in the builder and review questions, options and screens. Remove requests unrelated to the research decision; use fictional data for an address task example. Check preview for instructions that might cause someone to expose real information. No unnecessary identity document · No password in the task.
  1. Check consent. In Share, review Recording and devices and publish the configuration. Open the public link to read entry consent and any capture consent and permissions. Check requested sources before starting; this test may record a real participation. Research consent · Recording permission.
  1. Review access. Open Team and check roles in the correct workspace. In Results, open the session to review available media and whether protection review is required. Before copying a public clip or report link, confirm the content is appropriate for the intended audience. Available media · People with access.
  1. Request data or deletion. For a real request, open /privacidade/meus-dados. Choose Access my data or Delete my data, enter your email and participation receipt or study link, and click Submit request. Check the confirmation and retain the reference number; submission starts review, not completed deletion. /privacidade/meus-dados · Participation reference.

Cautions and limitations

  • A researcher-authored question can collect personal data.
  • Screen video may show sensitive content; review task and instructions before requesting capture.
  • Service legal documents do not replace reviewing the research context.
