Collect reasons for difficulty without requesting identity documents.

Step by step

  1. Review questions and task. Read every requested field, question and screen. Remove data that does not help the decision and avoid real information in demos. No unnecessary identity document · No password in the task.
  1. Check consent. Walk through the study entry and separate recording consent when enabled. Review what people see before answering and capturing media. Research consent · Recording permission.
  1. Review access. In Team, review people’s roles. Check media availability in the session and share public clips and reports only with the intended audience. Available media · People with access.
  1. Request data or deletion. Use My data in the privacy area and follow the requested identification steps. Keep the study link or reference to locate the participation. /privacidade/meus-dados · Participation reference.

Cautions and limitations

  • A researcher-authored question can collect personal data.
  • Screen video may show sensitive content; review task and instructions before requesting capture.
