Purpose
Combine authorized video, event replay and excerpts for discussion.

When you need to observe execution and share a specific moment.

Clip the moment when someone searches for the save button.
Step by step
- Configure recording. In Share, find Recording and devices. Choose Optional or Required and enable the permitted Screen, Camera and Microphone sources as needed. Wait for saving and republish to apply the change to the public link. Optional or required · Audio when needed.
- Rehearse permission. Open the published link on the test device. Read and accept consent, test devices and choose a source in the browser picker. For a real website, check the full-screen guidance. Confirm capture status before starting; preview does not verify a real recording. Share only what is needed.
- Open the session. After completing the participation, open Results, People and the session. To review an answer, open Replay, Answers by step and select the question. To read without playback, use Open dossier and Responses for this version. For the aggregate distribution across people, open Questions. Video · Replay · Markers.
- Mark the excerpt. Open Full video for an available, approved recording. Pause at the excerpt start and click Mark start; advance and click Mark end. Enter a title, use Clip preview and then Create clip. Review it in the list before copying its public link. Start before the issue · End after the reaction.
- Manage access and availability. In the player’s clip list, check the title and interval before sharing. To remove access to an excerpt, use Delete clip on that item and confirm it disappears. If the recording has expired or is unavailable, consult the available answers and replay. Public link · Media status.
- Inspect the submission in replay. In the session, choose Full replay and select the question step. Click Answers at to inspect the submitted value at that point; the clock pauses for reading. Then use Play or the timeline to return to the event sequence. If NPS and the next step share a timestamp, inspection still shows the NPS answer; replay preserves the original timing.
- Check what was recorded. Before describing a gesture, open About this replay and review the available events. A highlighted option confirms the submitted answer; to establish a click location, look for a recorded click. Estimated cursor motion between events does not prove the exact mouse path. Do not invent clicks, drags or mouse paths that were not recorded.

Cautions and limitations
- Replay reconstructs events; the cursor between clicks may be estimated.
- Video depends on support, permission and processing; do not promise recording on every device.
- Visitor Behavior does not offer visual replay.
