What cannot be done on the platform, and what happens if it is done.

In plain language
- Serious research, with informed people and genuine consent: allowed.
- Collecting sensitive data unnecessarily, deceiving participants, or testing on someone else's website without authorization: not allowed.
- Minors only participate with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Those who fail to comply may have content removed, study suspended, or account terminated.
This summary helps to understand, but does not replace the text of the clauses below.
1. Principle
The platform exists for research with people. Every rule below derives from a single principle: the participant needs to know what they are getting into, and the data collected needs to be the minimum necessary.
2. Content Prohibitions
- 2.1Illegal content, which incites violence or discrimination, or which violates a third party's rights.
- 2.2Prototype, image, brand, or text for which you do not have usage rights.
- 2.3Misleading content that misleads the participant about who is researching or for what purpose.
- 2.4Adult material, except legitimate research with a verified adult audience and prior notice to the participant.
3. Prohibitions regarding collected data
- 3.1Collecting sensitive personal data, such as racial origin, religious conviction, political opinion, union affiliation, health data, sexual life, genetic or biometric data, without demonstrable necessity and without adequate legal basis.
- 3.2Asking the participant for a password, card number, security code, or document without a legitimate, informed, and proportional purpose.
- 3.3Instructing the participant to access real accounts on third-party services during screen recording, when this unnecessarily exposes their data.
- 3.4Using collected data for a purpose other than that informed to the participant, including for sale or targeted advertising.
4. Minors
- 4.1Study with a participant under 18 years old requires specific and prominent consent from at least one parent or legal guardian.
- 4.2Obtaining, proving, and storing this consent is the responsibility of whoever creates the study.
- 4.3Data collection must be the minimum necessary, and cannot condition the minor's participation on providing data beyond what is indispensable.
- 4.4We recommend not recording minors' screens or voices without specific and documented necessity.
5. Third-party website tests
- 5.1Only test your own website, a client's website with authorization, or public content whose observation is lawful and compatible with that website's terms.
- 5.2Do not use the platform to circumvent technical protection, automate access, or extract data from someone else's website.
- 5.3By creating this type of study, you declare that you have the necessary authorization.
6. Technical Prohibitions
- 6.1Attempting to bypass quota, usage limit, or access control.
- 6.2Overloading the platform, generating artificial responses, or automating participation to inflate results.
- 6.3Accessing data from another workspace, investigating vulnerability without authorization, or exploiting a discovered flaw.

7. Consequences
- 7.1According to severity: warning, content removal, study suspension, account suspension, or immediate termination.
- 7.2In case of risk to third parties or unlawful act, we may preserve records and notify authorities.
- 7.3Suspension due to violation does not generate the right to a refund for the remaining period.
