Example

Send a mobile test through WhatsApp using the public link.

Step by step

1. Open Share. In the dashboard, open the study and go to Share. In Public link, check the version and live status. If it is a draft, click Publish study and wait for the link to appear before copying it. Version available.

2. Open the published study. Beside the public link, click Open link in new tab. Read the introduction, answer the questions and finish; test requested permissions on your audience’s device. The end screen confirms the route, but this is a real run and may consume quota. Real validation session · May consume the response quota.

3. Copy the link. Return to Share and click Copy in Public link. Paste the address into your distribution channel and check that it opens the correct study. For an external panel, use the URL with its agreed identification parameter. Regular link or panel link.

4. Check on mobile and monitor. Scan the Share QR with your phone camera: it should open the same study entry. After collection, open Results, Overview and People. Check completions and sessions by date; builder preview should not appear as a response. QR opens the same study · Results shows arrivals.

Validate before collecting responses

In the builder, Study preview applies draft groups, rules and screening without creating sessions or taking quota slots. For Figma tasks, websites and interviews, it shows Simulated answer to test logic: the author supplies the outcome; this does not demonstrate a real interaction.

Preview in new tab lets you check each block on desktop or mobile, including interactive Figma navigation and a simulated interview conversation. This block preview does not apply study skip rules.

To validate real websites, recording, voice and AI follow-up, publish and use Open link in new tab in Share. The published link opens a real participation at /r/[token]: it may create responses and consume quota. Keep this participation separate when analyzing collection.
