From the dashboard menu, open Team library. Choose Templates, Images, Websites or Prototypes and enter a name in Search library. Check the active workspace: the catalog contains materials from its studies.

Avoid these mix-ups

A template copies the chosen version; future source edits do not update it.
An isolated image does not carry links.
