In the study, open Human interviews and click Configure scheduling. Under Configuration, enter the title, select hosts and choose Interview location. For an external link, enter the HTTPS meeting URL and review participant instructions.

What you see in results
- Bookings and statuses visible in the list

Avoid these mix-ups
- Without availability there are no bookable slots.
- If the internal room is unavailable, use an external link; availability is not promised.
- Recording depends on joining, consent and confirmed room status.
