Prepare scheduling
Open Human interviews and Participant scheduling. In Configuration, set title, hosts, meeting location and instructions.

Offer interview slots with duration and buffers between sessions.
What you see in results
- Bookings and statuses visible in the list
- A conversation at the configured location
- Media only when recorded and processed
Avoid these mix-ups
- Without availability there are no bookable slots.
- If the internal room is unavailable, use an external link; availability is not promised.
- Recording depends on joining, consent and confirmed room status.
